We work through the owner's existing Airbnb, Booking.com or agreed platform account using the access permissions provided by the owner.

The owner keeps ownership of the listing, approves important pricing decisions and receives platform payouts directly into their own account.
FEELARP does not deduct a percentage commission from the owner's rental income. Airbnb, Booking.com and other platforms may still charge their own applicable service fees or commission. Cleaning, laundry, physical check-in/check-out, emergency visits, maintenance and other local property services are selected and charged separately according to the owner's requirements.
Owners using our services can also choose to promote their property through an individual listing on feelarp.com. Enquiries can be directed to the owner's preferred Airbnb or Booking.com page or introduced directly to the owner where agreed.
