We understand the stress of needing someone reliable to clean, check and care for a property — especially during the busy rental season, and especially when the owner is not always nearby.
Our Story
FEELARP started from our own experience as property owners in Torrevieja. Like many owners, we needed someone we could trust to help clean and prepare our apartment for holiday rental guests.
At first, we worked with a private cleaner. Everything seemed fine, but as the busy summer season approached, we were told at short notice that she could no longer cover our property because she had other clients and could not manage the workload.
For us, this was stressful enough — and we live locally. But it made us think about all the property owners who live abroad, who may not know who to call, who to trust with their keys, or how to make sure their apartment is properly cleaned and ready before guests arrive.
That experience became the reason behind FEELARP.
We wanted to create the kind of service we wished we had ourselves: reliable, organised, easy to contact and focused on giving owners complete peace of mind.
